Lauren Becker of Leave a Mark Auctions was kind enough to send me an email after my last post to let me know that a copy of Emma Donoghue’s Room is up for auction.  It’s not just any copy of Room, it’s a book marked up by author Emma Donoghue herself, with insider notes in the margins.  Proceeds from the auction go to First Book, an organization that provides books to children in need.

The auction ends on Wednesday December 22 at 11:59 EST.  If you are interested you can place your bid on the Leave a Mark website or contact Lauren at lauren51990 AT aol DOT com.
